Uninstall of Chrome

I have read that Chrome is not that easy to completely uninstall has anyone seen a removal tool or something along these lines I have gone back to FF and glad I have but I would like to get rid of this
Many hammer all over the wall and believe that with each blow they hit the nail on the head.

This scans and then asks me to register and sells the product....itt isnt expensive but is this what you would  expect...after the scan it claimsquite a few errors found..not sure if this is correct or to get me to buy  :dunno:

Yes thats what I thought Glenn ,it stated we have removed 2 errors but 1230 remain !!!registere and resolve this ....sound like a sales pitch :dunno:

What's wrong with the Google Chrome uninstall? David, it worked OK for me.

I Have uninstalled Chrome,well what I can get to so I will leave it for another day...would you believe the special  off er ends today...there's luck  ;D

It's a numpty scam. It is far more likely to put something nasty on your system than anything else. Get rid of it asap.

My general rule is don't play with registry cleaners, most of them do more harm than good.

Hurray..thats why I have never used them they frighten the hell out of me,I thought this was just a removal tool similar to Norton and so on

It is indeed, David, and does everything I've ever needed on the odd occasion I've had to clean up the registry.  :)

Yes thats why I have steered clear,I have uninstalled Chrome and everything is fine so ,why mend it if it ain't broke
