BT believed they found and resolved the issue causing packet loss and intermittent connectivity yesterday afternoon however after monitoring customers circuits we found this was not the case.

This morning, however, they have identified an issue with some ports, these ports were shut down at approximately 9.45am and traffic was switched to alternative ports.

Our monitoring suggests that at this time stability appears to have been restored. That said, we and BT are continuing to monitor the situation.

Thanks, Maz.  :fingers:

We have received several reports that the issue causing intermittent connectivity, packet loss and slow speed appears to have returned.

We have made contact with the specific team within BT, they are looking into this again as we speak.

As soon as we receive an update from them we will post details on both the Network Status page and IDNetters forum.
