Many hammer all over the wall and believe that with each blow they hit the nail on the head.

Pathetic isn't it? Almost every big company steal ideas of each other and it ends up with both using each others technology or ideas, and only when one is more successful than the creator do you see a lawsuit.

I just wish these companies were asked to prove every stage of development before releasing them. This just makes me want to have less to do with either company.

I don't know whether Apple have stolen any of Nokia's ideas, but if they have, Nokia sure haven't implemented them well at all!

Makes you think of schoolboy fights, doesn't it.

Did you ever seem him in concert with Carl Perkins, George Harrison, Ringo Star et al. He was a good musician who, as you say, was underrated.

I thought so from the sound, but look at the shape (2nd from right). Joe Brown always had a balalaika in his dressing room.

What makes me laugh in all o this is that after a near Record loss in sales, Nokia decide to sue Apple, it really is like being in a playground, Apple handsets outsold Nokia, as until the N900 came along they did make a few disasters like the N97, so they aim at their competitor, If Apple did or didn't is not my concern uintill it effects me, but I find it funny tbh, and this litigation will go on for years no doubt. Also its not like the iPhone has just come out, its been around a fair few years, and its only now Nokia decide to go after Apple :eyebrow:
Damned, if you do damned if you don't

David

Beats me but watching it again he is in good form still ...You are of course correct what you say about Joe Brown I can't see him going onstage without the balalaika

And cost a fortune ...by the time it is resolved they will be able to sqabble over the next lot of technology
