Hi

Currently I'm running on my 2700HGV v6 router and all is working well.

I defaulted my v5 Dual SSID 2700HGV and have now lost the access controls etc.
Does any one know the correct key code to use  ?

This is what the details screen shows:
Model:    BT2700HGV
Serial Number:    1807
Hardware Version:    2701-100589-005
Software Version:    5.29.107.19
Key Code:    5225-2374-WG62-22AS-BJ7P

Can anyone help ?
Thanks

Rik

I take it the keycode you quote won't work? You need Alan in that case.

The Content Controls etc are not decided just by the Config key, but also by the the ACS URL.

Tripod recommends changing it to https://gw-5-29-117.cwmp.cms.2wire.com

I have had success with a  Dual SSID hub with BT v5.29.107.12 recovery firmware installed when pointed to ACS URL: https://pbthdm.bt.motive.com/cwmpWeb/CPEMgt and it was configured to use the BT keycode: 528Y-2374-A222-22BJ-B2QA.

It may take a few days to arrive !

Now you've got that completely the wrong way round!!!. The office should be lending YOU their spare router.
