It looks a bit too good to be true. When you buy a "proper" copy, it's the license you're paying for, not the media itself.

It is either a clever con. IE, you get a key, but it's one already in use!
Or it's fake.
Or they are stolen.
Or it's a key from a third world country copy of the software, so the exchange rate comes out at £8. However, as soon as Microsoft notice this, your copy (which will be region locked etc) will be deactivated.

So it's a no go!
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.
