ah, this time its simpler.
if i decide to upgrade my package, when will i be charged:
my  normal date or the time i upgrade

so just to clarify,
i will be charged the new price of my new package on my normal date, and the upgrade will take place when i choose to upgrade it (am only upgrading for the download limit)
