How to I post a picture what's in my paint programme on here? I have a picture problem with QVC's video's
Yes I know I'm sad, but if Rik can watch now and again so can I.!!!!!
Ive taken a "print screen" of the error and pasted it into paint but how do I post it in idnetters
for you to chew over. I'm running a Mac partitioned with windows.
.
Thanks
Alan

If you save the image as jpg not greater that 0.5 mb then click on additional options>choose file then post. You won't see a preview of the image  though until posted

Or change it to a .jpg the file size will be a lot smaller.

To get the additional options, you have to click on reply at the bottom of the thread rather than using the Quick Reply box :)

The problem is when I try to watch QVC live stream or previous video's of QVC
products this is what comes up. I've updated Adobe Flash and got Windows 9 player
installed on this Mac machine, its partioned like I said earlier. All other videos are OK,
its just QVC. Any ideas please.
.
Regards.

You cannot watch QVC UK on a Mac.. You can the USA, Japan and Germany but not over here.
Hence why I was trying to get it going on the Windows bit. Firefox gets the same results as well.

I've never been able to, according to their website...

"These videos are fully supported by the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 6.0 and greater
Firefox 1.5 and greater
Netscape 8.0
Unfortunately, these videos are not currently properly supported on Mac systems.
.

Oh dear...  I've just sent them a snotty email asking why they are not in this century.
.
So it must be setting in my mac somewhere..

Thanks for trying Steve... It sounds like you can get more than me. My video window is just blank.
I'll see what QVC says if they reply to my email. I'm not that urgent that I need it. It was the good lady
wanted to see a demo of something and lo and behold nothing.
.
