Hi and welcome to the forum. :welc: :karma:

The first thing I would suggest would be to use a cabled connection, which will determine whether the problem is with the broadband service or the wi fi connection. The results I get from your test site are comparable to those I get from UK-based sites, so I think that's reasonably reliable.

What OS are you using and what router?
