Hi all,

First post so please be gentle, is it just me, can't see to get get into accounts this morning, https://www.idnet.net/secure/

The logon button seems to have disappeared and been replaced by a retrieve button.

I get the logon button, but the page doesn't open properly, just a graphic.

Network Status returns:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Hi Bill

Thanks for that, all very odd, refreshed in FF Chrome and Opera and as you say showing the logon button. 15 min ago all three were showing the retrieve one.

Ah well, never mind, can wait till Mon. Thanks for your time and trouble.

PS Ah, I say it's working, lets me logon, but there's no stats or anything else to view.

Only a couple of weeks now, glad I made the move tho. Was with the PO for a couple of years (on cable before that). Cheap, I'll give them that, useless support, you gets what you pays for!

I was wondering if it was more like a couple of days and the system hadn't settled down. Drop support an email and they'll get the stats sorted for you. :)
