I'm amazed that iFitness isn't in that list for the iphone. It's a fantastic app, with information on exercises and videos for a lot of them. There's a log on it too, to record all your sessions at the gym. It beats a lot of those apps listed, hands down.

Quorn curry, I am doing really well at losing weight at the moment.  :thumb: No bread or dairy since my bug so that's two weeks, also I drink water instead of snacking now, or have a dry cream cracker to make it seem like food in the day, I don't burn up much energy so I don't need the extra intake of fat and carbs.

Sadly, filling up with water is denied to me, and that's had a big impact on my weight.

Not at all, I won't be there until 7.45ish so it will be something simple. I may pop across the road in a few minutes and get some red wine and spag bol ingredients.
