Yes Glenn maybe but they cant pin point your accurate postion, plus im on the move alot, hiding from the crime left behind.

is this the same for a mobile broadband signal? Plus when its off it cant be traced

All the time it is polling the base stations a phone or dongle can be located. If your turn off the device, only the last know position will be available.
