Brilliant Steve and Glenn thanks for the help, i will order it now from ebay, then when it comes i will take it to a shop and get it fitted, just to be on the safe side, hopefully i wont be charged to much for the fitting :thumb:

I would suggest asking in the Nvidia forums as well. Some Graphics cards perfrom badly with some motherboards, but I doubt that is it. It could also be your PSU. Check out what the power supply rating is, as a large or newer card will need more power (Nvidia are notorious for being too thirsty). Also, do you have up to date drivers, and what game is it? Do any other games crash, or only that one?
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

I got the Zalman cooler fitted guys, tried my game and its running fine(happy days) thanks for the recommendation, just one question though, it states that you can change the fan speed with resister cable, i cant seem to be able to see this cable in my machine, the guy that fitted it said he wasnt sure if it came with 1?

Steve

They look like this or the other design  fits in one of the slots at the back of the machine

Glenn

There should have been a cable in the box, a connector either end and resistor wired along one of the connections
