I was trawling the dreaded DSL Zone this morning and found this about IDNet.

"Reliable and good speeds. Support opening hours not much good for anyone except the retired, benefit recipients and shift workers"

I have never thought IDNet have been like that, and if its an emergency they will get back yo you over a weekend. Its funny how we all see things, but "benefit recipients" that's just plain odd  ;D DSL Zone is a dodgy site, I should stay away  ;)

Damned, if you do damned if you don't

I guess it's the same for banks right? They are only open 9-5. ;)
Oh, and forget the fact that if every company was open 24 hours a day, we would all be too tired to phone them or visit, because we would be working 12 hour shifts...
Given the fact IDNet can respond quicker than most, they don't need to be open till 8pm. They will have it all done by 4:55. Just enough time for a cup of tea me thinks.  :thumb:
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.
