a friend of mine is considering moving to IDNet from his current isp

but has stats currently of

63.5db attenuation down
31.5db up

with snr set at 6db.

And a speed of 1.4mb

would it be worth him moving?

He's unlikely to gain a huge amount of speed, for that attenuation, 1.4Mb looks about right to me. Has get got the ability to move to ADSL2+?
