Hi all,

Just a quick question. I've just tried logging into my account on the IDNet website and its come up with this error message on my browser:

This is done in Comodo Dragon which is a variant of Google Chrome (without the privacy invasive problems!)

I've tried it on IE8 and it seems ok but I'm just a little worried in case there is a problem with the security on the account page.

Is anyone else having this problem?
What on earth was I thinking going on to O2 Access?!
Fortunately I got rid and discovered IDNet!

By the looks of it you are using Chrome?

Try another browser.

I did also notice today that MS have pushed out a routing root certificates update so might be worth applying that

Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com (via IE) and click Custom

You'll find it under optional.

I think in this case your probably safe to proceed and ignore the warning.

Thanks guys! I thought I'd check first!

Thanks for the tip about the MS update. I'll go and do that now. :)

Have this problem a couple of times a year on the secure sites I support at work.

The certificiate on the server is fine but the root certification authority certificate on the user's machine has expired so it no longer trusts certificates signed by that authority.

On XP its a root certificates update, on Vista and 7 it comes up as a plaform update I think.
