It would be nice if Microsoft would include in their release notes against the latest SharePoint Services security patch that you need to run the STSADM tool afterwards to update the database schema, otherwise it won't run. Three ruddy hours on Google fixing it this evening having made the effort to read the release notes before approving the patches through my local Update server. :rant2:

Be glad you weren't using Bing, it would never have found the answer, Giz. ;)

So that's why they say in there adverts they don't over load you with info, because they don't have it? I tried Bing for a few weeks and went mad, still hate having to use google though ;D
Damned, if you do damned if you don't

Rik

Agreed, Gary, but there's nothing better yet, imo.

Broadback

I started using Google in its infancy, in fact it was only a glint in its Father's eye. It was great then, now when you search all you seem to get are disguised adverts.
Nothing is perfect, not even my ignorance!

esh

I still find Google far superior to everything else. Whatever happened to inktomi?
