No service again...

Service down again in York. Went down around 10am Monday 28th, having been restored Sunday evening.

A few hours later and my service is up and running again, after call to support team. At last, a support centre that is helpful, efficient and not just working through a script. First need to call idnet after two years. Quite a revelation after hours of struggles I used to have with talk talk on all kinds of issues.
