Message: Scotland and Northern Ireland service issue.

Some customers in these areas on 21CN (ADSL2+, FTTC) may be experiencing extremely slow throughput, packet loss and/or intermittent connectivity.

BT have confirmed there is a common fault and are still investigating this issue. BT have apologised for the ongoing problem, the issue is across several BRAS however all the diagnostics performed so far are not identifying the cause.

Investigations are ongoing and a further update will be released after 10am.

Further update at 11:39, situation unchanged another update due from BT after 1:00pm
