Please help with my email address

When I joined idnet, i migrated from plusnet. So I gave Idnet my plusnet email address for them to contact me.

There was a message on my anwerphone the other day from Idnet saying that all their emails are getting returned. This is because I no longer have my plusnet account.

Anyway to cut a long story short. I sent a message to idnet to ask them if i can have an idnet email address because my other one is no longer active.

Unfortunately they have not replied yet and I need a new email address urgently. Can anyone please help.

I have tried to log into my idnet account and it comes up with my username but I dont know what my password is. Of course I cant have a reminder sent because it will be sent to my old plusnet account.

Support are only there on normal working days, ie not bank holidays or weekends. On Tuesday I would give them a quick ring and explain the situation. I'm sure they will promptly resolve it for you.

In the meantime, if you urgently need an email address, have you tried Hotmail or gmail? Both of these are free and you could dispose of them once you have your IDNet account.

As Lance suggests, a Hotmail or gmail account would suffice, in the short term at least.

Your IDNet account password is the same as your ADSL login password (apologies if you have mentioned you already knew this, or have lost that also).
