Hi

I'm thinking of upgrading to SuperMax shortly until around October. At that time, will I be able to downgrade back to Home Max?

Thanks  ;D

Steve

Sorry I am not sure what are the charges involved but I believe an exchange visit is required.Otherwise I don't see an issue.

Yes, I believe there is a charge to downgrade, but off the top of my head, I don't know what it is.

From memory, it's about £12 to downgrade.

Sorry to dig up an old post... Does that apply to all packages or just SuperMax? I might need to downgrade over the winter or similar.  :dunno:
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

Glenn

I believe it is all packages, Ben.

Shouldn't it be free for none Supermax package downgrades as no BT involvement, it would seem complicated to ask for a MAC only to rejoin again on a lower package.

It's usually only the top package, which has a BT charge attached. It can be charged for any package though if a customer frequently changes.

Ok. I'll check on how things are first. Got to go over my bills and stuff.

It is not all packages as I have downgraded from Max to Lite recently.
