I've been trying to create one for ages and I keep getting the following message :

Anyone else had this problem?

Just so other people that want to answer this knows..

IP address is correct and router is allowing ping.

I used to have this problem with orange when registering phones. They kept saying our postcode wasn't real!!

I have problems like that with my phone number, it's only a 10 digit number, not the standard 11.

When I created my monitor, I just filled in the fields as requested.  :dunno:

It actually let me through this time but only to this page (see attached)

Think I will try again once IDnet fix the routing issues.

As far as I can remember it picks the IP address up automatically... if it's still misbehaving after the current kerfuffle is sorted out, post a query in the Talk to the Staff forum.
