Cannot be true can it?
I do remember a story a while back. Intel tried to copyright the number 4. As in "Pentium 4". Thankfully the judge/copyright took one look at it and just went;  :doh:

In short, don't go to America. Some lawyer has probably already patented that walk you do when you get off the plane. You'll be arrested and charged with infringement on non-intellectual property. ;)
