My router said this a couple of days ago:
System up time  -  99:54:51
Up Time  -  37:18:10
ATM Stats
RX Blocks  -  129746680
Corrected Blocks  -   0
Uncorrected Blocks  -   65

Today it says:
My router said this a couple of days ago:
System up time  -  141:40:18
Up Time  -  31:10:20
ATM stats
RX Blocks  -  154317906
Corrected Blocks  -   0
Uncorrected Blocks  -   178

I know that the BT equipment initiated a resynch about 6.30am yesterday.
I don't know what the RX blocks and Uncorrected Block numbers where immediately after the resynch (I was still in bed!)
So I wondered, are those numbers the total for the Systen Uptime or for the Connection Uptime?
Also, is that number of uncorrected blocks high and/or maybe related to the fact I've been stuck on a banded profile? (SNR 15).

Thanks,

Sean

The numbers will be for the total time and 178 uncorrected blocks is nothing to worry about, many people would be delighted to see a line that clean.

Thanks for that info.
As my education and training were as a biologist I'm afraid my knowledge of electronics-communications-computers is pretty minimal.

I notice that there is never anything in the 'Corrected Blocks' column.
Presumably that means that 'faulty' blocks couldn't be corrected and so were resent instead?

It probably means you're on fast path and not interleaved, every router manufacturer seems to use different terminology. The system up time is the interval between router re-boots, the up time is the time between resyncs.
