One of my neighbours has migrated to IDnet for their phone line rental, calls and broadband, they've also ordered a Netgear router from IDnet. :thumb:
The service was switched yesterday, and as far as I know everything went fine (I received a call from them this morning), but the router has not yet arrived and the internet is not working. I am going to pop round and set up their new email addresses and get things set up for them, they aren't computer savvy, but they need a computer for the farm.
I have said if it doesn't arrive today I'll pop round in the morning and configure their old router (Belkin), but I'd rather only have to do it once with the Netgear, any idea of how long they take to be delivered? :dunno:
The order for everything went in Friday 1st October.

I guess it might depend if they had any in stock.  Worth a phone call, perhaps?

The netgear will, of course, be pre-configured so it should be a case of just plugging in and using.
