Wtf is going on?

30 mins ago everything was working.

Come back to the pc with baby boy to find once again we have no internet.

I don't understand from the messages why its just gone down if problems started thes morning. Nor do I have a clue about 21cn or gigabyte this or that.

All i know is this is the 3rd downtime we have had in less than 3 weeks. Oh and I know baby boy is very unhappy he can't get to his cbeebies website game.

Me too, it has been fine all day but died at about 6.20pm. Third time this month, i may have to look at another internet provider a if Idnet cant keep its service running reliably.

Yes fine at about 6 then 40 mins later dead.

But why given the status updates another error

It should be getting fixed. Not going down for people its been working for! or something else gone wrong?
