Something not quite right there, why is the upstream only 288? , should be 448 even on ADSL1.
That looks like a fixed rate 1Mb connection to me...

Your profile should rise to 1M, but it looks to me like you've been put on a fixed rate 1M service, not Max.

OK, you've been remodulated to ADSL Max, but then capped at 1M in order to stabilise your line. Give it a week and see if things remain stable. If they do, call support and they'll lift the cap and see if you can retain stability.

Is this normal as it seems to be going the wrong way, max rate down was 1500 all last night:(

Looks like its been moved from a fixed 1Mb to a normal ADSL1 connection since the upstream's now back at 448.
The target noise margin has gone up though, which would tend to indicate a 'banded profile'. Only problem is I didn't think they were used on ADSL1 and also there isn't a profile with a maximum synch of 768k, very odd...
