another post in another thread reminded me about this.I had an FTP program before,not that I used it much but i'm sure it was either some setting in Firefox or an add on can any one remind me, sorry cant remember the name now

I use WinSCP, primarily because it supports SSH protocols, it's free, and is a single executable. No nonsense.

I liked WinSCP, now using Cyberduck incidentally there now is Windows private beta version.
