I've worked out that my usage works out at 13 Gig tops so IDNet's equivalent priced product will give me 15 gig whereas I'm paying for 10 currently and topping it up.

When I've used my purchased bandwidth I think I'll probably move the connection over to save myself some money.

Question is, how should I place the order, should I sign in first or just order it as per a new user.

I'd do it by phone, Mitch, and see what the best price you can get is.

I'm paying about 42 quid in total per month for two lines (one of which is on the Anyime lite tariff plus one line only) and then broadband to Zen so I'm keen to try and get this down.

Not got a bad word to say about Zen but being around here and seeing how IDNet deal with stuff and having dealt with them myself while getting the line set up and latterly with this annoying call business has given me a lot of confidence in them.

Might see if I can get the bandwidth I've not used refunded and get my MAC and then negotiate next week.

If they won't I'll stay put until I've used it up.

I was watching Robin Williams on E4 +1 last night on TVCatchup which used a bit of this months allowance.

The service works so if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I rang and negotiated which paid off.

I'd never use anyone ether than IDNet for my phone lines now though.
