iTunes annoyance

Every time I connect my iPhone to iTunes, I get the screen below pop up.  Photos are not set to sync, and I've looked all over for a tick box that might stop it, but can't find anything.  It's not that bothersome in itself, but it's more bothersome that I can't find a way to stop it.  Any ideas?

I'd guess you need to tweak your autoplay settings, Simon.
