Hi

Just an observation, wanted to check my phone bill when I was at work at did not have access to the password set by IDNet so tried to use the reset facility.

Tried both of my phone numbers that IDNet manage but it wouldn't work.

Simon

Sorry Mitch, can't really help, but is your phone number your actual account user name?

No its my initial and surname.

no biggie but just thought I'd mention it.

Rik

Mitch, if you tried to change the password, you had to have been logged in. The only thing, afaik, that you can do if you're not logged in, would be to retrieve a password. If that didn't work, there was either an error in the username, or the registered email address is wrong.

Apologies I did mean the retrieve facility.

It asks for a phone number so entered one of the landline numbers and it returns the message that the number was not recognised.

I entered my mobile number and it returns the message that the password was sent to test@test but nothing is received.

Rik

You didn't put a space in, did you, Mitch? I think you'll need to talk to support on this.

Raised it here as its not a biggie and so didn't want to bother support directly.

I'll drop them a mail.
