How does the annual billing on upgrades work?  As in if you pre pay now and decide at a later date to upgrade to Super Max.  Are you charged monthly the difference or do you pay annually?

I don't know for sure, but I'd imagine you'd be given the option to pay the pro-rata lump sum upgrade, or to pay it monthly.

  Eddie, I would think that you maybe able to pay any upgraded cost annually too, but on a pro rata basis.
