Finally Made It

Greetings fellow IDnetters,

I glad and happy to say that I finally made it to this fine community. Coming from Eclipse, I can already say that I'm very impressed with the user/customer friendly approach (got migrated a day early too). The personal touch from TS/CS is always a plus.

I was with Eclipse for 3+ years, but until recently the dissapointment and high expectation drove me away. They couldn't not hold their end of their bargain and I was paying for a service I wasn't getting.

Already I can see an improvement on the speed; i'm getting twice as much throughput now (peak time) than what I was ever getting with Eclipse. That on itself is instant gratification.

I'll be testing and monitoring for the next few weeks while optimization of my line takes place. I'll keep you posted.

Anything better than +Net is just that...an improvement. And having just read a post on AG from an IDNetter (who I've not come across before) bemoaning speeds...who was on it asking for a PM and details to diagnose the line...?
