Fraps advice

Hi all,
       Recently i got a copy of fraps and been using it along with windows movie maker to make a few short clips, im just wondering if anyone who has used this program before has any advise on both fraps and the movie maker.

It probably seems a lame thing to ask but ive really enjoyed making the few i have done even though they are very simple.

Well I would recommend getting a copy of Sony Vegas 7, I managed to do this band video with just a copy of The Movies, some news footage and it :
