pop3/smtp server addresses d etails to configure email please

Hi,

I'm wanting to set up a portable thunderbird client, however am not at home and cannot remember the specifics for setting up the server settings.

Unfortunately, the email settings page after I've logged into the IDNet portal is not responding (Everything else works fine - broadband, payment etc but not the email link).

Can someone post the pop3 and smtp settings please?

Are you on a freemail domain or idnet.com domain?

For the freemail domain, the pop3 is: pop3.idnet.net and the smpt is smtp.idnet.net.

For the idnet.com domain the adresses are pop3.idnet.com and smtp.idnet.com.

Sadly, no. It used to be much better when I 'worked' for Adobe, the pay was the same as here, but the software perks were brilliant!
