Has anyone managed to get BBC iPlayer on the iPad to work when using 3's MiFi device? All I keep getting is "you must connect to a Wi-Fi or supported mobile data network to play content"

This is the 3 MiFi I have.

I have tried the MiFi plugged in as well

Steve

I'll try tomorrow Paul ,out tonight.

Yes Paul, only a week or so ago I started a thread here about not being able to get Radio 4 on my normal home wifi but later trying it on my 3 mifi (same as yours) and finding that everything worked OK.

Weird, wonder why mine doesn't work  :(

Everything on iPlayer fails to load via my Three MiFi but I do not have a 3G signal at home I 'm not getting the same error as you though Paul.

Seems to be a general problem according to this review http://m.pocket-lint.com/news/news.phtml/38457.

Um - that's interesting, I know the Mifi worked on Radio 4 , which is what I was testing for. Perhaps I did not try it on TV stuff.
It'll have to wait now as I don't have any allowance left.

I pretty sure it worked on the beta version of iPlayer but can't confirm on the release version yet.
