They're actually with IDnet for everything, as I am. Support did everything they could, which actually got BT out and it was fixed, but the noise on the line has returned since then. I really think there are physical issues around certain parts of Wrexham with the actual wiring. On the road they're on most, if not all cabling is above ground all the way to the exchange. I don't know if that makes a difference, but there's a lot more above ground that could cause problems I'd have thought. Although I have no idea, it could be the opposite ;D

If they ever appear online again I'll let them know. I think they've gone off somewhere to stuff their faces. Damn them and their weird early paydays in the education system!

Just been talking to them again and their line has tonight dropped to 2mb like mine did, and they have a hell of a lot of noise on their phone line. They'll be contacting support again in the morning.

Incidentally I was talking to my mate last night who's with BT and he says his line is dropping all the time when people phone too. I've told him to phone his support, but I doubt he'll get anywhere with BT support :D
