This is the second sunday in a row I have been unable to access my idnetfreemail account, it works ok through the week. Does anyone know why this is? I need to access my email on sundays as I receive a password to enter an online meeting for a course I am taking, I missed last weeks and it now looks as though I will miss this weeks. Should I change to an idnet.com address? will this make a difference?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

I believe idnet.com addresses use a different system; the problems with GMS/idnetfreemail should not be present. I'd say it is worth switching over for the shorter address and the RoundCube webmail client, and your problems should go away.

No, it's working OK for me.

Have you tried to access it using an email client?

As Adam says, it's well worth changing to the new domain for all sorts of reasons. Once you have set up your new email account(s) you can set your idnetfreemail to forward any mail to the idnet.com address.
