You'll need to be on a BlackBerry tariff to use the email and internet services, David.  Contact T-mobile and they should sort you out.

I'm thinking of getting a blackberry too as one of the jobs I saw recently required blackberry support experience.

Text BB1 to 879 to add the booster for just £5.10 a month
Finally solved it I think emailed them and got this back immediatly (so fast) so now I can spend the rest of the night trying to set it up  ;D

The text is only for Tmobile people but put it there for help in future for anyone

On O2 you have to be on a Monthly Blackberry contract or Pay and Go Text and Web for Blackberry or order the Blackberry bolt on for £5 a month via 2425

All the email accounts have now been set up and it was so easy I did waste my money a little as T mobile would have done all this for free still all done now and suddenly the phone has so many features and it has been saved from the bin :thumb:

Thanks for your usual support I will wear it with pride  ;D

This is unreal Simon and so easy I am really enjoying myself here and unlike the Nokia which I just could not get at all this is a breeze .I have never been able to send email from that phone and half the things I could not access but this !
For a little while tonight I thought Joanne had been lucky but I have just ordered the odds and ends for this from Amazon ,in car cherger and screen protector and something else lol.

To think I went against this last year .... doh well its a good buy indeed and had a good offer on the Nokia apparently you love them or you dont.......I dont  ;D :thumb:

Blackberrys are great phones, Justina went back to hers, I can't get on with them, to fiddly to type on
Damned, if you do damned if you don't

David

I find it easier than the Nokia Gary to be honest ,I do have small hands though but the layout is different (letters etc) but also I am finding it easy to navigate and really love the tracker its so smooth ...

Glad its working for you, Nokia really have gone down hill sadly, Justina tried a N8 it was awful, buggy cumbersome not at all intuitive and stopped receiving texts, something which they all seem to have an issue with after a update, the texts are there but never show not great when her boss texts her. You cant really wrong with a Blackberry.  :thumb:
