Loss of service ADSL Max HP14 Radnage exchange

Back from work to find ACT blinking and no Internet.

Anyone from idnet able to investigate please?

Sent a message via online form, but as first outage not sure best procedure for reporting these things!

I believe there's a BT fault, but would suggest you get on the phone, they're there for 18 minutes.

Idnet support were very quick to reply.

Looks like a fairly wide fault at BT's end.
