On the 31st of March my exchange was enable for WBC by BT. How long does it take before IDNet can offer me a package with these higher speeds? Currently when I check only MAX is offered. BT Wholesale checker says I can get it now as does the BT Retail site, Zen, AAISP. Is there some database that needs updating or something?

It should be available now, but give them a call to check - database error is common.
