How do you understand this question? Cloud computing?!

I have read so many definitions for cloud computing that it now just seems like a loosely thrown around term...

Anyway my question is :

A discussion of how your application could be implemented in a scalable manner, and how it could be implemented using cloud computing

Now I cant exactly answer that till I understand what cloud computing actually is as a definition. How would you interpret it in regards to that question? Its for a module on web development using microsoft technologies

I can't work out if its asking about PaaS or IaaS (ie where is the focus of the question)? Seems a bit of a poorly worded question to me.

Exactly my thought..that is the question in which we have to write 800 words on lol

oh well, time to ramble on

400 words on the first bit, 200 words on PaaS and 200 on IaaS would probably be my approach.
