Is anyone else having problems sending emails (through smtp.idnet.com)?

I'm getting: Server error: '451 4.3.5 Server configuration problem'

Any ideas/fixes?

Thanks,

Lona

Same here but it has corrected itself for now

I have been having this problem over the last few days.

Same problem here, just started about an hour ago.

Ah,

Not just me then.

Will see how it goes (not working yet).

I'm having problems too.  Not a great weekend for IDNet, is it?

Thanks for this confirmation. Users have reported a sporadic issue here as well, I have been trying to trace it down.

Couldn't send an email from my IDNet address, so have sent one from an alternative, and have also left a phone message.

Hi All,

This maybe related to one of core network routers which has been misbehaving today - we're investigating and aim to have this resolved ASAP. Apologies for the inconvenience. In the meantime, if you are experiencing issues sending mail via smtp.idnet.com then please use our other SMTP server - smtp.idnet.net.

Hi All,

Quick update to confirm that the intermittent issue today with accessing smtp.idnet.com was due to a software bug in one of our core network routers - this has now been fixed. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

Thanks Tim I have a router like that  ;D :thumb:
