HTC Desire problem with phone storage space ?

ok getting a bit fed up of continually getting messages about the phone is low on storage space.

i've tried to moved everything i can to the sd card but some apps dont give me the choice ? eg facebook ?

i have deleted about 800 pictures from the phone just now and yet I still cannot even access the camera photo album to upload more pics to facebook etc ?

what's going on ? how can i not have space to even see the pics on the camera after deleting so many ?

I believe the phone stores text messages and emails in it's RAM, if you don't need some of them, delete them. Also reboot the phone after you have deleted anything, as some apps do not release the space.

it really annoying. i need a phone with more internal memory and more choice on what is saved where....
