I cannot get it to load on my IDNet connection (whatever browser I use and whatever machine I use), but it will load fine on two different BT retail lines.

thanks for your help.

EDIT: it is now working!!!!  ::) 1 minute after i posted this... someone was watching!!

Give this a shot James

Clearing the DNS cache

If you are using Windows XP:

Go to Start > Run and type cmd, then click OK

At the prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter

Windows should confirm that the cache has been flushed, click the X button to close the window.

If using Vista

Go to Start (Windows logo in a circle) > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click Command Prompt and left click on Run As Administrator

At the prompt type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter

Windows should confirm that the cache has been flushed, click the X button to lose the window.

Try again

Clearing Browser cache
If using Internet Explorer:

1. Go to Tools > Internet Options
2. Click Delete files under Temporary Internet Files or Delete under Delete Browsing History (depending on IE version)
3. If you clicked Delete under Delete Browsing History click Delete Files on the next screen that appears (If given multiple checkboxes untick everything apart from Temporary Internet Files and click Delete).
4. Click Close then OK.

Thanks pctech...

I think it was some wierd glitch my end...  ??? I had emptied the cache for FF/IE and restarted both, but I didn't clear the DNS... anyway, it's working now without me doing anything else!!

Good stuff. RBS' systems seemed to be a bit wobbly over the past few days as I tried to pay a bill from my Natwest account and it gave me a service unavailable error the other day.

You're not using FF 4 by any chance are you? because I've been getting 'Session timeout errors' using it to access my Cahoot online banking recently, but no problem when I use IE 9.

Too hot for the servers in Spain maybe Ray as Cahoot is part of Santander.
