I'm sure Glenn will be really chuffed.

Glenn

Even more so as they said the repair was not covered by the warranty, so they just returned it.

I've ordered a Samsung Galaxy S, which Yodel tried to deliver today, the driver left a card, saying it can't be collected and must be delivered to address.

One of the water indicators inside the phone was pink (this is a different phone to the one I got wet on my charity cycle ride).

Not a great advert for HTC is it?

Rik

I'd certainly be wary of them now.

They use the same company that repairs a host of companies, including John Lewis and Apple.
