I had a drop about 3.25 today,still off at 4pm but had to go out so dont know if it came back or not.was still down at 5.30, had to do a router re boot.

it was the ppp light on router that was off

I think that means you lost your connection to IDNet.  Is it OK now?

yeah fine now but needed a re boot to sort it

That does sometimes happen to me too Baz after maintenance or load balancing, not something specific to IDNet.
