continues disconnects

its happening again i suspect bt are trying to get me to join them again as it started after leaving them hopefully i doesn't last long the last batch of disconnects lasted a week

I might be wrong but there's some big bursts of noise on that line which I think some are big enough to take the connection down.

There's definitely some noise interference on the line causing the SNR to bounce all over the place.

I agree, I've also removed the attachment as it contains the OP's IP address.

seems to have stopped now so looks like im not going to have these disconnects for a week again
