Great communication

I know companies get busy, but I sent IDNet a 'can you upgrade my package email' I think Wednesday, could be wrong anyway never heard back  >:( now since you cant do it over the phone, as you need to send in an email I would have hoped by end of business yesterday I may have heard something  :sigh: Support seems different these days, just saying.

Yes it has been done Lance, but an email would have been the usual response to say yes its been done. The point is the lack of communication only a minor thing I know, but one that makes IDNet stand apart from the crowd normally...Like my Domain was renewed, no email to say the renewal date is coming up, due you wish to continue, I cant remember when it was renewed last year, and they just took payment without asking. Support feels different, that's all I'm saying.

Hi Gary

I've looked into this for you: we received your upgrade request at 15:17 on Thursday. The upgrade was processed the next day and a confirmation email was sent to you first thing this morning. Your domain name is renewed on the 8th July every year. The regular renewal invoice was emailed to you on 8th June. I can see that your invoices are set to be emailed to your domain-name email address rather than your @idnet.com address, would you like me to that change that for you? (you can change that address in the portal if you wish).

No renewal notice was received at my Domain, Simon. All emails should come though with no change needed, the only email I have received from you oddly was the conformation today... Thanks for the info on my renewal, but something went awry there with the email telling me it was coming up.
