In the eleven months I've been with Idnet I can't say I've paid much attention in great detail to my bandwidth usage apart from the casual check to make sure I've not exceeded my limit.

However I've just checked my usage for July and there's a discrepancy. In my control panel (if that's the correct term) it indicates that I downloaded a specific amount on the 5th July. The only concern being I was out of the country at the time and all connected devices as well as wireless were turned off. When I then downloaded the usage stats as a csv file they contradict that and confirm no bandwith usage at all.

It's not much bandwidth at all but I'm a bit concerned as to the accuracy and why Idnet's "control panel" differs to the csv file?!?

Was it from the morning? IE off peak?
Oh, the CSV file disagrees? Could it be July 2010?
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

You need to talk to support, Griff.

It was July this year and it shows as peak usage.

The CSV file also showing a different upload use to the "control panel".
