Best time of day to take down a connection to replace a microfilter?

Noise margin will change continuously depending on the noise conditions. If you see an increase it means that a noise source has disappeared or reduced. Noise is always greater in the evening so if you resync then you would expect the noise margin to be higher in the morning.

If you want a higher sync, resync when the margin is at its highest.

Checked the NM this morning, 7.5 so resynced and got 2752
